Palmetto State Armory has taken the next step in the evolution of it’s line of AK firearms with the PSAK-47 GF5-R Series. The GF5-R is built off a Romanian Parts kit with Palmetto State Armory receiver and barrel.

The GF5-R series will feature a Romanian parts kit that will have guaranteed numbers matching 1. Bolt, 2. Carrier, 3. Trunnion, and 4. Dust cover with an FN Cold Hammer Forged barrel. The barrel is a proprietary blend of hammer-forged chrome-moly vanadium made by FN that is referred to as “Machine Gun Steel” by virtue of its use in FN’s M249 and M240 weapons. The hammer forging process work hardens the steel, making it more durable. This 16″ barrel is magnetic particle inspected, to ensure quality and dependability. Also, the GF5-R features ALG AKT Enhanced Trigger With Lightning Bow. Please note that some kits supplied and used for building have serial numbers on parts other than the 4 parts (Bolt, Carrier, Trunnion and Dust Cover) we guarantee to match. We can only guarantee that the serial numbers will match on the 4 parts listed (Bolt, Carrier, Trunnion and Dust Cover).
