If you’re looking for a detachable magazine fed shotgun and you’re a fan of the ergonomics of the AR-15 platform, the Tokarev USA TAR 12 was created for you! The TAR 12 is a semi-automatic shotgun which accepts the popular MKA 1919 style of 12 gauge shotgun magazines. It ships with a 5 round magazine, but 10 round magazines and 20 round drums can also be purchased for the TAR 12. Polymer folding sights come included and a Picatinny rail allows you to add your choice of red dot sight or reflex sight as well. An AR style safety and magazine release will be immediately familiar to anybody who has experience with the AR-15 platform. The TAR 12 has a 3″ chamber, and is thus capable of using 2-3/4″ shells as well as 3″ shells.
